Perth Market On The Move

After several years in the doldrums the Perth market is at last showing signs of rebounding according to RE/MAX WA MD, Geoff Baldwin

"In the past month or so inquiry and home open visitors have increased significantly and our average time on market is reducing week by week.

“RE/MAX were the agents and auctioneers for the 2018 Telethon Home and over the 8 weeks of its promotion over 3,000 people visited the home with many of them being genuine buyers looking to a buy a first home or to upgrade. There were 11 registered bidders for that auction which is the most there has been for many years.

“Historically the Perth market start to improve when the Sydney market cools and that looks like repeating this cycle.

"People who have been holding off waiting for the market to bottom out, now is the time to make you mover or be prepared to pay more.
