Listings down and Sales up in Perth

According to the latest REIWA listing stock is reducing and sales increased by 15% over the recent reporting period. Unit stock led the push with unit listings decreasing by 4% with vacant land is slower to recover with only a 2% decrease in listings. Altogether this is good news for Perth property owners but it should be a prompt for local buyers to get in before stock tightens right up putting upward pressure on prices. The current list of Top Selling Suburbs north of the river is:
